Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and having more or less similar allegation co-accused Amir Choudhary and two others have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32149 of 2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with
