1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of writ of appropriate nature, order or direction commanding respondents to remove encroachment from the road and drain on the link road in between SDM court and Collectorate office, popularly known as Collectorate Road / DM Road, Siwan."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle
