The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 265/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he introduced himself as an agent before the informant and persuaded him to take loan from Star Maker Educational and Development Trust Company. The office bearer of that company, namely Manoj Kumar Sharma, Anoj Kumar Sharma, Smt. Mitu Sharma, Smt. Manisha Lalwani and Ashish Kumar assured him to provide loan after deposit of Rs. 23,000/-. The informant deposited Rs. 23,000/- . Thereafter a cheque of Rs. 1,00000/- was given to the informant, but the same was not honoured.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 265/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
