JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 In the nature of the observations of the learned writ court in Paragraph-7 of the order dated 13.01.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20057 of 2014, learned counsel for the State submits that in fact almost all payments have been made, save and except Rs. 1,56,626/- which will also be paid within one month from today.

Patna High Court MJC No.3539 of 2016 (4) dt.28-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought liberty to move this Court in an appropriate jurisdiction, if occasion so arises, being aggrieved by the action of the State.
