Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 354, 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The instant case is instituted alleging quarrel between the informant and one Mahanand Paswan who are brothers. The instant petitioner is alleged to have intervened and given a blow with the butt of the pistol. The said Mahanand Paswan has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 30th of March, 2017 passed in Cr Misc No 14956 of 2017. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that prior to the instant case, there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. He further relies on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32243 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Annexure 3 which is a petition dated 21.06.2017 placing on record compromise between the petitioner and the informant before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Munger. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Munger in Naya Ram Nagar Police Station Case No 92 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
