Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 934 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he wants to implead Lakshmi Devi as party. The prayer is rejected.

It appears that vide order dated 02.01.2023, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68848 of 2021(7) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 petitioner was directed to make a payment of the admitted amount of rupees 15 lacs to the informant to which he was ready but still it has not been deposited.

The anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner is rejected.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
