The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after 13 years of the marriage by hanging her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and petitioner is an old lady. The husband the victim and the husband of the petitioner are in custody.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is an
