The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maner P.S.Case No. 320 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of accusation made against the petitioners in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
