1. This application is filed for modification of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46753 of 2023 by which petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail.

2. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the last paragraph of the order dated 11.08.2023, the words "Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023" has wrongly been typed in place of "Excise P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023".

3. In view of the above submissions, in the last paragraph of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46753 of 2023, let the reference "Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023" be corrected to be read as "Excise P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023" and the time to surrender of the above named petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63048 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 pending in the Court of Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Samastipur in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023 be further extended by four weeks' from today.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 04.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2268 of 2021 stands modified to the extent above.
