The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the F.I.R. named accused, Ramesh Singh and Munna Singh and they have stated before the Police that petitioner was also involved in the commission of murder.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53634 of 2018(5) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Guraru Police Station Case No.100 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
