The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. The accusation is that in the recruitment of Fireman in C.I.S.F., Bhaves Kumar and Dinesh Kumar were found sitting in the examination hall in place of petitioner and one Vivek Kumar.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14659 of 2017 (4) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
