"(i) Issuance of order, direction, writ for cancellation of licence or order for opening the Petrol Pump in between Mile Stone No. 69 to 71 situated at State Highway (S.H.) at Dewariya-Sahebganj way at right side of the road whose serial no. is 505. (ii) Any other relief or reliefs the petitioner may be found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.17299 of 2016 dt.04-01-2018 Corporation raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition submitting that the petitioner is not an applicant and he has no locus in the matter.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not deny the stand of the respondent Corporation.
