The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 429 of 2017 registered under sections 341, 323, 505, 506, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the FIR, it appears that the petitioners entered into the house of the informant, assaulted her and torn the blouse of the informant.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are co-villagers. The petitioners

No.31494 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 have provided centering materials to the informant and the informant has not paid the cost of Rs. 15,000/- in connection with centering material supplied for the roofing of the house of the informant. There is statement in para-3 of the petition that the petitioners are respectable men and they have clean antecedent.

Having regard to the nature of allegation leveled and the statements made in paras 13 onwards as also considering the suggestion of the petitioners that there is no reason to uncalled for entry into the house, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 429 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) S.Pandey/- U T
