The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.429 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 144, 149, 152, 153, 290, 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was one of the member of the mob which causal obstruction on the road during protest over the death of their friend.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only allegation against him is that he was member of the mob which obstructed movement on the road, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53970 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 429 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
