The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawada Town P.S. Case No.370 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. It is alleged that the police received secret information that illicit liquor has been kept in the house of the petitioner. The informant along with other police personnel reached the place of occurrence and searched the house to recover the liquor, but during search, one loaded pistol along with ten cartridges was recovered from the house of this petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32269 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioner may surrender in the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
