2. The petitioner had moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondents to allow all the benefits of EOFP/LPA, CGNS / Educational Facilities to the children, full salary up to 15 years and from 16 years full pension with pension book up-to-date and other relief(s) be granted to them for which they found entitled."

3. In view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents and the fact that the petitioner having lost her husband about 18 years back was not in a position to know as to what she is entitled to, coupled with the fact that the officers have changed, the Court deems it appropriate to give liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation with regard to her claim before the respondent no. 2. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall ensure that proper consideration is made on such representation and reasoned order passed point wise. The same be done within two months from the date of filing of the representation. If it transpires that any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within one month from the date of passing of the order.
4. The petitioner shall be at liberty to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, with regard to any adverse order passed on her representation.
5. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
