2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 109, 118, 305, 64, 62, 352 and 309 of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.1 is a woman. It is submitted that the instant FIR arises out of a complaint case. It is next
2/4 submitted that informant initially had instituted Complaint Case No.806 of 2024, dated 04.12.2024 alleging that on 21.10.2024, petitioners along with other co-accused persons entered her house, looted away a box and assaulted her Bhabhi. The complainant managed to save herself by fleeing away. Thereafter informatory application before the police was submitted vide Information No.843 of 2024. Thereafter on 28.10.2024, the accused persons came and abused the brother of the informant and assaulted him with sharp and blunt weapon causing injury. Petitioner No.3 and co-accused, Golu fired but then no one was injured, it is next alleged that prior to the occurrence, the accused had previously assaulted her brother, namely, Mahendra Yadav, it is next alleged that on 28.11.
2024, the accused persons again entered her house and attempted to outrage her modesty but they fled when villagers arrived after hearing her alarm. It is also alleged that on 28.10.2024, an occurrence occurred at the petitioners' house where Sarita Devi fell down from the roof and received injury and died. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners further submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that the instant FIR is a counter blast to Barh P.S. Case No.
3/4 28.10.2024. It is next submitted that the informant did not institute an FIR when the accused persons initially had committed an occurrence on 21.10.2024. It is also submitted that thereafter again on 28.10.2024, the accused persons including the petitioners committed an occurrence but then also no FIR was instituted rather the complaint case came to be instituted on 04.12.2024 when the last occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 28.11.2024. It is thus submitted that the allegations do not inspire confifance. It is also submitted that since Barh P.S. Case No.824 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024 was instituted by the side of the petitioners with regard to death of Sarita Devi in which the informant and her side were accused, as such, the instant case came to be instituted with a view to coerce the petitioners into submission.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitionerd.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
4/4 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.944 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
