Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

30 liters country made liquor is said have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 12.8.2016.

However, having more or less similar allegation co-accused Md. Nizamuddin has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 6.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 43427/2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Rivilganj P.S. Case no. 156/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
