====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 It appears that petitioner's application was allowed on certain conditions by this Court vide Annexure 1. However, petitioner, after his release, did not fulfill the conditions, therefore, bail bonds were cancelled. Petitioner again filed an undertaking before the court below, therefore, again he was granted bail on 13.07.2017. After giving such undertaking before the court below, now the petitioner has again come up before this Court for modification of the earlier order dated 21.09.2011 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.43876 of 2010 which was disposed of vide Annexure 1 granting him bail. Since the petitioner has again given undertaking before the court below upon which bail was again granted to him, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40499 of 2017(3) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 my view, asking for modification of the order of this Court as contained in Annexure 1 is meaningless.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
