2. This appeal is preferred against the order dated 01.07.2025 passed by the learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST (POA)Act, Nawada passed in A.B.P. No. 1353 of 2025 in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of the SC/ST Act, by which the prayer of the appellants for anticipatory bail was rejected.

3. As per the prosecution case, the appellants are accused of assaulting the daughter of the informant at the auto stand and when the family members of the informant went to rescue, the appellants also assaulted them.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the appellants, in the opinion of this Court, this appeal is held to be not maintainable and the same stands dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
