The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25 of the Antiquities and Art Treasure Act.
The police raided the house of the petitioner, who was absconder in another case, and recovered one idol weighing 3.5 kg. The petitioner is in jail since 08.06.2015. There is no report about theft of the aforesaid idol.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai in Dandary P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015.
