JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2022 It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that name of father of petitioner no. 2, as appears in cause title column, is 'Ruplal Mahto' instead of 'Sogarath Mahto' and also residence address of the petitioner no. 2, inadvertently, has been wrongly typed 'Sangram Phandah' instead of 'Rampur Gangauli'.

Supplementary affidavit, as regard to criminal antecedent of petitioners with regard to paragraph no. 3 of bail petition, was filed during the course of hearing and same has also taken on record.
