2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 169 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of 25 litres of country made illicit liquor which was used to sell by the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of one criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63292 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Exclusive Excise Court No.2, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 169 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
