2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Altogether 1816.32 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from Chakiya Ghat.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and have been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.133/2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
