The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 20/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Co-accused Babun Alam confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons. The petitioner is in jail since 04.07.2015. He has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 20/2015.
