The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 324, 379, 504, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the accused persons variously armed came to the informant when petitioner assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant when the daughter-in-law of the informant came to rescue then she was assaulted by other accused persons by lathi when co-accused Afsana Khatoon and Sama snatched silver chain and co-accused Mustafa @ Raja snatched earring of the informant. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38173 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 petitioner that there is no accusation of repeating the blow and the injury, though, has been caused but the same was found simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence also and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of injury being caused and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
