1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 354(A), 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.2
2/4 is a woman and the complainant alleges that she took loan from Rantu Singh through Chhotki Madam and her husband, the loan was taken in two parts, first for marriage of her daughter and the rate of interest was 3% and the second loan for business purpose at the rate of 4% interest, the interest was being paid, but no loan document was given by Rantu on the pretext that they are known but had obtained signature of her husband on four plain papers, the total loan amount was Rs.22.5 lacs, out of which, Rs.15 lacs was for marriage purpose, further Rantu came and took her signature for loan amount of Rs.51 lacs and said that if the same is not returned with interest, then her house would be transferred in his name and Chhotaki Madam snatched his earring.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the complainant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the complaint, it would manifest that complainant herself has stated that she had taken loan in two parts, first for marriage purpose and other for commercial purpose. It is next submitted that though in the complaint, it is alleged that no loan document was given by Rantu but then when Rantu had gone to the house of the complainant with the
3/4 document, the complainant on her own volition signed the document, wherein it was recorded that Rs.51 lacs was taken by way of loan. It is next submitted that complainant has also executed a sale deed of her house in favour of Rantu Singh.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant submits that petitioners along with Rantu Singh are involved in pressurizing the complainant to part with her house and money. It is submitted that Rantu Singh had instituted more than 7 cases against the complainant in which the instant petitioners are witnesses. It is also submitted that Rantu Singh forcibly got sale deed of her house executed in her favour for which Title Suit No.
4/4 the relief.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Court is in complete agreement with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No.596/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
