The appellants seek pre arrest bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No.16 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of abusing the informant by taking caste name.
Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that as a matter of fact he had went into the house of the informant for taking pass-book and making false allegation of abuse, he has been made accused in this case. Heard learned Special P.P. also.

APP (SJ) No.2008 of 2017 (2) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 Having considered both sides and in view of allegation, this appeal is not maintainable, as such let the appellant surrender before the court of Special Judge and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned Special Judge on the basis of submissions as advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant and considering this aspect of the matter, he will dispose of the prayer for bail of the appellant, if possible on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
