Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-384, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30-05-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Moreover, co-accused Munna Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Danapur P.S.
