JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner-brother-in-law of the informant wanted to get the land of the son-in-law of the informant sold in that connection both sides quarreled. In the meanwhile, this petitioner was alleged to have assaulted on the head of the son of the informant with a piece of brick causing injury to him.

Submission is that both sides are family members so the allegation is of giving single blow of piece of brick but the injury is simple in nature and this petitioner has no criminal

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Shrawan Kumar @ Sawan Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ra.K. Bharti, A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No.108 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
