2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant, namely, Indal Mukhiya, alleged that on 21.06.2024 at about 7:30 PM, his wife was returning home after purchasing vegetables, three unknown miscreants riding on a motorcycle shot her, as a result of which, she died.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Karan Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi / concerned Court in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
