This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. For land dispute, the petitioners allegedly committed assault and general and omni bus allegation is of firing in the air.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sheikhpura (Shirari) O.P. Case No. 188 of 2016 to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48370 of 2016 (3) dt.02-03-2017 2/2 the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
