2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 318 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 8/20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (NDPS Act), Sitamarhi.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within three weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56933 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits, preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
