31-01-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, informs that this writ application was filed almost seven years back when the petitioner was placed under suspension in contemplation of departmental proceeding on the charges of committing financial irregularities and indulging in fake withdrawal of government money through cheque and committing negligence in maintaining accounts and security of used and unused cheques. Since, he has no instruction presently, he is not pressing this writ application. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
