The petitioner seeks bail in C.N. No. 1911 of 2018 corresponding to Trial No. 1584 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted and ousted the informant/complainant from her matrimonial house on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is husband of the informant/complainant and he is ready to keep her wife with full dignity and honour. Petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68729 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.10.2021. Counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with C.
