JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons was planning to commit loot. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is named on the basis of confession of co-accused. There is no direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner for committing any offence. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named by the co-accused.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-
