JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or a writ of certiorari or any other writ of the like nature thereby quashing the order dated 14/07/2023 in Anganwadi Appeal no. 160/2015 by the respondent no. 2 thereby rejecting the appeal of the petitioner herein against the termination of appointment of the petitioner as an AAnganwadi sahayika.

(ii). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like nature thereby directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12997 of 2023(2) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 concerned respondents to reinstate the petitioner during pendency of the writ petition.

(iii). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like nature thereby directing the respondents to terminate the temporary appointment of the respondent no. 5 and thus reinstate the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
