JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have been caught on the spot but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioners are in jail custody since 09.08.2016 and the investigation against them has already been completed, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,1st Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura Sarai P.S.Case No. 68 of 2016.
