The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case no. 159 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioners came at the door of informant Minta Devi and on the order of petitioner No.1 Marai Singh @ Madai Singh, petitioner No.2 Santosh Singh started to cause assault catching her hair. At that time, petitioner No. 3 Lallan Singh @ Munna Singh torn her clothes.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57599 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 When her husband Awadhesh Singh rushed there then Lallan Singh caught hold him and Santosh Singh attacked on her husband. At that time, Santosh Singh snatched her golden chain worth of Rs. 24000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are informant are pattidar and occurrence took place due to land dispute in which petitioners' side also sustained injuries regarding which Barauli P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019 was instituted on 14.05.2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
