2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for seeking the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation along with supporting documents before Respondent No. 5, i.e., the Child Development Project Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13913 of 2025 dt.10-10-2025 2/3 Laxmipur, Jamui and prays that if such a representation is filed then the Respondent No. 5 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a fixed time-frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation along with supporting documents before the Respondent No. 5, i.e., the Child Development Project Officer, Laxmipur, Jamui within one month from the date of passing of this order and if such a representation is filed before Respondent No. 5, the Respondent No. 5 shall dispose of the same within a further period of six months after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Respondent No. 5 should be a reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction and liberty granted to the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of.
