Patna High Court LPA No.1590 of 2014 dt.10-05-2017 Single Judge on 26.08.2014, on the ground that no person can be appointed on a post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra, the post non-existent now. Such legal position has now been certified by Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kalpana Rani Vs. State of Bihar and others since reported in 2014(2) PLJR 665.
Thus, we find no merit in this appeal. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
