JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 After having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find any good ground to review the order dated 18.05.2012 passed in CWJC No.10023 of 2007 by a Bench of this Court (Coram: Prakash Chandra Verma, J. since superannuated), whereby the aforesaid writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner was dismissed.

The review application is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
