2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Masarakh Excise P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation, 112.32 liters of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from vehicle of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He is merely the owner of the alleged vehicle and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is under custody

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Exclusive Special Excise Court Saran at Chapra in connection with Masarakh Excise P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024, subject to the following that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
