The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that one unknown person came inside the house and put off the light, but on alarm the accused fled away. On 03.05.2015 the informed was returning along with her grand-mother, the petitioner and others said to have surrounded her and tried to outrage her modesty. It is submitted that the informant did not allege that the petitioner ever touched her body. The petitioner is in jail since 13.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38723 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui in POCSO Case No. 10 of 2015, arising out of Sikandara P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015.
