The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 599C of 2013 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the police submitted final report holding the case to be of a civil dispute and cognizance has been taken on the basis of a complaint, which was filed in the form of protest, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
