The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 464, 468, 476, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that a gang of "identify the face and get prize" is roaming around and on chase the petitioners and other accused persons were apprehended. Nobody has come forward to say that the petitioners cheated anybody. The petitioners are in jail since 30.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015.
