JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 03-11-2017 The simple grievance of the petitioner is that he should be declared the Chairman of the Shiksha Samitti of the Government Up-graded Middle School, Dhamaur, in the district of Siwan. It is his case that it is the statutory requirement that the Ward Member of the concerned Ward shall be the Chairman of such schools, an he being the Ward Member has a right to be declared as Chairman of the Samitti.

2. It seems that a representation has been made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17259 of 2016 dt.03-11-2017 2/2 petitioner to the Block Development Officer, Mairwa, Siwan, wayback on 11.09.2016, which is still pending.

3. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer, Siwan, to take a decision with all promptitude on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.09.2016. Such decision must be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The Block Development Officer, Siwan, shall be obliged to act strictly in terms of the provision for declaration of Chairman of such schools.
