Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 354/2015 arising out of Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. case no. 42/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge III, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected on the ground as mentioned by me in my previous order dated 22.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16416/2016.
