JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2016 The learned S.C.-II, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners-The State of Bihar through Collector and another, seeks permission to convert the present proceeding filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India into one under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 does not raise any objection to the prayer made by the learned S.C.-II.

In above view of the matter, the prayer for conversion made on behalf of the petitioners is allowed. The learned S.C.-II is permitted to convert the present proceeding filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India into one under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and necessary corrections in the writ petition shall be made by him within a maximum period of two weeks from today, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench. If the present order is complied with, then the matter shall be listed before an appropriate Bench, as per roster, after the
