2. Pursuant to the order dated 26.04.2023 Mr. Md. Farhan Danish, Managing Director, Begusarai Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Begusarai is present before this Court. He has filed a show-cause stating therein that the order dated 17.08.2021 passed in CWJC No. 1054 of 2021 by this Court has been complied with and order of regularization of the writ petitioners has been issued vide letter No. 305 dated 21.04.2023 (Annexure R-4/R) to the show cause. He has also tendered unqualified apology for the delay caused in compliance of the order and submits that the delay has caused due to some inaction on part of the previous Managing Director.

3. Since the order passed by this Court has already been complied with, by the Managing Director and he has tendered unqualified apology for the delayed compliance of the order, the contempt proceeding initiated against Mr. Md. Farhan Danish, Managing Director, Begusarai Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Begusarai is, hereby, dropped.

4. Accordingly, the instant MJC petition stands disposed of.
